We reserved a table at Le Chaska this afternoon for Valentine’s Day with family and friends. The food was excellent — especially the Amritsari Kulcha, and the kids really enjoyed the veg noodles. However, the service was very slow. It seemed understaffed, with only one server handling all the guests. Our food arrived after about 1.5 hours. The staff was trying their best, but better organization and staffing are clearly needed, especially on busy days.

I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Payal was especially wonderful. She was so sweet, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

In terms of food, this place is average. Ambience is ok. But as far as management and service is concerned its totally disgusting. We had to wait for our food for almost 1 hour and 30min. There was only one girl who was taking orders, bringing orders and preparing also. She was literally running around and even apologized several times for the delay. But its not the fault of the staff for being understaffed. And the food is also not wow.

Payal served us really well even though the restaurant was at full capacity. Very sincere, smart and polite girl. Food was a little hit-and-miss, but mostly hit. Restaurant ambience is pretty good and authentic. I'd really urge the owner to hire more people. The restaurant is size is quite big and one person is not enough during rush hours.

Our server Payal was a beast at her job, single handedly served the restaurant running on its full capacity, multiple big familys with kids! Food was great too, no complains, great vibe!

Our server Payal was great, she was alone and restaurant was full but she still managed to focus on each of the table. She was trying her best. The restaurant clearly needs one more server. Food was also flavourful, we ordered chicken lollipops, spicy paneer appetizer, mains kadhai paneer, chicken patayala and breads. Improvements to consider lacha paratha (a bit undercooked) chicken lollipop (bit dry) and raita (watery). Overall a good experience.

Chaska is such a cozy spot! Went with two friends, the food was full of flavor, the server was super patient, and the furniture/decoration make it really comfortable. Definitely coming back.
