If there is a option two give 0 star I must do that because their service is totally disgusting no customer service skills at all I just placed an order on Uber for 135$ the had a offer on BOGO one pizza I just said can u make one paneer and one chicken so all my guests can have it as some of them are vegetarian but the sales is so weird that the can’t do that the are not allowed I mean why ? Every restaurant can do that and they do there is not a big price difference in there if a person is paying 135$ is it so hard to make a little change which is not even to hard. The really need to work on customer service

We can’t manipulate the order by ourselves which we received through online order. But you called to the restaurant number to customize the order and the girl who’s working she contacted me (Amitoj Singh Owner)that you placed ordered on Uber pizza paneer and you have an offer on it Buy 1 get 1 and you want 1 veg paneer pizza and other pizza chicken and I approved her to do customize the order as per your request over the phone. I believe you received two pizzas 1 veg paneer and 1 chicken. Our staff is not allowed to make any changes or adjustments decisions about online order without the approval from the manager or the owner. I believe this is the customer service that she served you or you received the order from us as it is with a complimentary dipping sauce.
