This is not a quality restaurant as the others you may find at District Gourmet . Ingredients used are low quality. The fruits were old and some sections had already started to rotten. Eggs were full of oil and not well cooked. Plates were served at different times for each person in the table. One plate was completely cold and we had to return it. They forgot our drinks. I won’t return
What guests say about Le Brunch - Québec
The reviews are very mixed, but several customers complain about very long waits, disorganized service, and dishes served lukewarm or cold. There are also recurring comments about order mistakes, portions considered small, and value for money that is often disappointing, especially for coffees and certain extras. On the other hand, other customers appreciate the freshness of the food, the generous portions, and the friendly service from some waitresses. If you go, it’s best to be patient, but the place can offer a good experience when the service is on point.

Brunch was very good and waitress help us with best options.
Do not come here if you are a English speaker and you don't understand and speak french. We had reservations and we went to our table, but we waited 30min and no one came to give us any menu or even acknowledged us. Others who came at the same time as us, got menus and water. We left, I rather go to Tim's than here.
Food was amazing and Alicia was on top of everything, very great experience
We were visiting Quebec, and came here for breakfast… the food was very good, the service was amazing and we got what we ordered.
The food was fresh, great presentation and delicious. We had the 2 eggs with bacon added , and the potato dish with one egg. Plus a French toast with a tasty secret coating :) I had a strawberry smoothie with a piece of watermelon for my drive and it was perfect. The service was exceptional.
Very nice place and friendly people. Maya one of the employees, very nice.
Absolutely amazing experience at Le Brunch. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish felt homemade and carefully prepared. The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and welcoming perfect for a relaxing brunch or breakfast outing. What really stood out was the service. The staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. You can tell they care about the customer experience. One of the best brunch spots in Québec City. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious food, generous portions, and a cozy atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I never got my orange juice. The crepe was dry. Not the best. One person at my table just ate bread because food was taking too long.
Excellent brunch waaaw
Really good service despite the food taking a bit long to come. Very generous portions and worth the price!
I had an amazing experience!!
Very nice place for brunch. We ordered the guaca-dictine and the quack-quack Benedicts. Excellent service my Vanessa, recommend.
When visiting Quebec City this was our last stop before we headed back to Toronto. The food was amazing and our server was very friendly! I hope they open up a location in Toronto one day. What a great end to our trip
A large group arrived around 10:30 AM with a valid reservation and waited over 30 minutes just to be acknowledged. Even after being seated, no one came to take their order or offer water. There was no urgency and no apology. Their order wasn’t entered until close to 12:00 PM, which caused a significant delay. When the orders finally came through, several were entered incorrectly, creating even more confusion. Drinks were repeatedly sent back despite being made according to the menu. What was especially concerning was noticing two groups who appeared to be from a minority background receiving noticeably less attention than others. Whether intentional or not, the inconsistency in service was uncomfortable to witness. At one point, I overheard someone from one of those groups who was clearly upset and emotional because they still hadn’t received something as simple as an orange juice. It was obvious the poor service genuinely affected their day, which should never happen over such basic requests. Watching customers sit there without basic service was frustrating and embarrassing. Management needs to seriously improve organization, staffing, and consistency in how all guests are treated.
I’m sorry, but this was such a bad experience. We made a booking for 11:00 am, the server didn’t even seem to recognize our reservation or anyone’s. We didn’t get seated until like 25 minutes later. Got no water, no greeting, nothing. The waiter told us that it would be a 45-minute wait. We said we understood as it was a busy Sunday, however we didn’t expect it would take 30 minutes just to have someone come take our order. And that was only because we fetched someone as it seemed they literally forgot about us. We also witnessed some racial discrimination of a brown family being ignored when they were also trying to order like us. So insane. They are never getting my business again. I understand being overwhelmed, but not even taking our order, forgetting basic water, and ignoring is not right. Food came. There were so many things wrong, completely forgotten, bread came near the end of the meal? What were we supposed to do with bread at that point? Ordered an orange juice and never got it. I appreciated the apologies from the one waiter who actually apologized, but this place needs some changes. It was a mess. I think it’s not all the staff’s fault as they don’t control everything, but the people in charge need to make changes. And at the end of this all, the food was not even worth the basically 2 and a half hour wait.
We arrived at this brunch establishment at 10:30 a.m. and waited in line for approximately 20 minutes. Despite making a reservation, we were not informed of any confirmation and were instructed to wait for a table. Once seated, we were told that it would take about 20 minutes to order our food due to staffing shortages, with an additional 45 minutes for preparation. We believe we were subjected to racial profiling, as the other guests who arrived before us were promptly served and received their food. Our orders were also mishandled, complicating the entire experience. This incident has left a lasting negative impression on us. We strongly recommend that the establishment address these issues with prompt and appropriate measures to ensure a more satisfactory experience for all patrons.
First off, we were visiting Quebec City and do not speak French. Our server, Amina, was so kind to switch to English, and even when I couldn’t explain in French how I wanted my eggs, she was able to get the order correct just by me showing her a picture. Great atmosphere, I do advise to go a little earlier as it gets quite busy (and to get parking) pushing toward 11am. The food was also delicious and I’m thankful to the kitchen staff who helped with the saltless order of French fries and a side of fruit, which was a nice touch. The only thing to note is not to sit close to the charging ports/water station as the servers frequent the area to refill water, if the frequent pushing past you bothers you. I definitely recommend Le Brunch.
