Food was good but that’s about it, walked in to a bunch of dirty tables and having to wait 20 mins to get seated. Service was bad, had to keep asking multiple times for things like cutlery and missing food from our order and kept having to wait after waiting 45 mins for our food. The 2 for $45 was a joke, hardly enough for one person! Don’t waste your time so many better places!

We tried this restaurant yesterday and found it was a laughable experience in terms of service! 3 tables decided to up and leave in front of us due to their poor experience and extra wait times in receiving their food! it turns out there was legit no service to speak of! the servers had no idea of what they were doing looking around holding plates in front of the doorway not sure on which tables they belonged. my family received their plate and had time to eat almost all of it while i had to remind servers i never received my order. The 3 rd time i mentionned i was still waiting on my plate i was brought an empty plate lol!? i was like : im waiting on my order? then finally my order came. We asked 3 times to get bread (we never ended up getting it) Never once brought water! I suspect all good reviews are fake beware! they are a scam ( asking for cash payment not to pay taxes) the food was ok (small servings and missing sides depicted in the menu and images) The owner is extremely questionable from my analysis/experience! 0/10 for service and restaurant experience / 4/10 for the food.

THE GOOD: The Food - The food was pretty good, albeit a bit expensive for what you get. We got the platter for 4 and the chicken wings it came with, in particular, were very nicely seasoned. THE OKAY: The Atmosphere - The atmosphere is good enough that you could take a date there. Nothing you would seek out, but not bad. THE BAD: The Wait - We waited over 2 hours for our food, and watched a few other tables opt to leave after waiting for well over an hour. When the food finally ended up coming they still never brought out the side of bread it was supposed to come with or any of the sides we ordered. The Service - To say the service was bad wouldn't be entirely true; it was simply nonexistent. We ordered right after we sat down and asked also asked for some water to start. After 45 minutes we had to go find the server to ask her to bring over some water. At no point during our over two hour wait did she come over to the table to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. When we asked her about the wait for the food she told us "It's not my fault, the kitchen is just taking a long time. It's Valentine's day so obviously waits are going to be long." By a wide margin Le Bosphore gets awarded the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.

We saw this place on a Facebook reel and booked a reservation for five people for Valentine's Day. The food arrived two hours after we ordered it and was cold. We ordered the platter for four and our bread and fries never arrived. Our server said that the delay was due to the kitchen but we weren't even served water until almost an hour in. The restaurant wasn't even that busy and we saw a couple walk out because they'd been waiting so long for their food which never came. The food quality was average, certainly not worth the wait. Would never recommend this restaurant.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We had to ask three times just to get water, and the server repeatedly forgot our requests. When we asked for bread, it arrived 15 minutes later; by which point we no longer needed it. To make matters worse, the starter and the main course were brought out at the same time, completely defeating the purpose of a “starter.” Dessert was just as chaotic: we ordered two different desserts, after reminding them 4-5 times, received only one, and had to repeatedly remind the staff before the second one finally arrived. The entire service was a mess. I’m genuinely shocked by how this restaurant operates. I will never return and would not recommend it to anyone. Since I am unable to reply directly, I respond to the owner here! My motivation? Really??? Your comments are unfortunately very telling, as they confirm exactly the problem we encountered: a complete lack of professionalism. Our motivation is simple: to share a real experience we had at your restaurant. There was no ambiguity in our requests, but the service was disorganized from beginning to end. Questioning a customer's intentions instead of acknowledging the issues raised only reinforces our disappointment. Constructive feedback deserves a respectful response, not accusations.

Not the best for turkish food... the portions were small .. we were shocked when we saw the dishes...many choices on the menu weren't available .. Definitely not going back there.. there are many other turkish restaurants way better than this. I Don't recommend. Use your money for something else
