Overall the experience was very good! The cabin was beautiful and overlooked the lake and so in the morning you had great views for your coffee. I would recommend, if you can, to bring some basic supplies like coffee and tea etc. The cabins were well equipped for cooking if you wanted to do self catering! The only other note is that the water is quite unusual, so using conditioner is fun because it doesn't wash off. The staff were helpful in terms of the walking routes and any other questions! The river jetty, seating and fire pit were all great additions! We tried breakfast twice and dinner twice also and there are other options nearby also. I would also recommend, if you stay here and are prone to bug bites, bring the necessary kit to deal with them proactively and if you get bitten.
