Our party had people from Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. We believe we know BBQ and have had really great BBQ, but this was next level!! The brisket, pulled pork, and chicken were fantastic as were all three sides. We also really enjoyed their sauces.

The food portion are small, very small. The brisket was barely visible. First the price, that is not normal. And tiny plates of beans. The service was good, the waitress was very nice, but the food very disappointed.

This Guy can cook!!!! Having tried BBQ across the US, Lattuca is top notch. The beef rib was fantastic as was the brisket. Nice portions, very tasty food, friendly owner and so close to all the attractions along the water in Old Montreal. Highly recommend Lattuca for a casual stop with amazing food.

Most underwhelming bbq I've ever had. All the meats were dry, tasted unremarkable and the portions are laughably small. Even the pork rib (SINGULAR rib...) wasn't great and that's usually the thing that most American style bbq spots get right. The mac n cheese and the beans were pretty good, however. Our waitress, Marissa, was the only highlight of my afternoon at Lattuca. She's awesome and has great service. No physical menu means she has to remember everything by heart and I give her props for that. Unfortunately, it won't be enough for me to ever return here.

The brisket and the pork ribs were the best meat I have had in my life! So damn flavorful and melt in your mouth. Dont worry about the small menu. Its small because it takes work to perfect it to that taste If you are in Montreal you got to try this place. Life changing food 😋

The beef rib was pure heaven; comparative to bbq I have had in Dallas/Austin. Only criticism would be the lack of menus. My partner and I are both neurodivergent - we both need a printed menu or we’re completely lost. The food and drinks were delicious though! We’ll happily be back.

We came up from Vermont to visit Montreal and thought we'd give this place a try with zero expectations. My wife and I both lived in the south for years and I've eaten BBQ in many places in Texas, so we can be a bit snobby. All I can say is WOW! This is bar none the best I've had. I couldn't believe that there were anything less than 5 star reviews, but after reading some of the lower ratings, those folks were not looking for what an actual BBQ joint offers, amazing meats. Everything else is a bonus. This place delivers! Show up early for a bigger selection, show up late for bonus portions! We will definitely be back!

Best BBQ I’ve ever had - we had the beef brisket, chicken and pulled pork with mac & cheese, coleslaw and smoked beans. This is the best meal we’ve had during our trip to Montreal and already looking forward to visiting again. The service, experience and price point is unbeatable.

This is easily one of the hidden gems in Old Montreal! Can't recommend it enough for delicious BBQ. The food is clearly made with love and the old school way, service is excellent and everything is very reasonably priced. My wife and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything served. The brisket, smoked beans and Mac n cheese was the best we've ever had! We will be visiting here everytime we come to Montreal

As soon as the pilot says we can use our phones, I text Gianni and asks him to save me a Beef Rib. Not many BBQ spots north of Texas can do a beef rib as good as this guy… of course I’ll have the brisket, the pulled pork and the ribs too and then roll home, very happy.

Meat is of a good quality. We had brisket, beef rib and pulled pork. What I didn't find in comment section that is important: if you come as a group you have to order 1 option of meats and sides for everyone. You cannot order your choice of meats or sides. Even though each of you is paying separately, the choice gets limited to only one. So make sure that you share tastes with everyone in the room otherwise you're stuck with the majority.

Great place to go if you are looking for a great dish of brisket, ribs, smoked chicken. The cocktails were really good too. This was our first visit but this restaurant has been included in our list of favorites ones. John the owner is a very kind, sweet and passionate of his work. Thanks John and your team for a beautiful dinner and evening 😀.

I really wanted to love this place, heard so much about it, it was so hyped, it's a local resto but unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations at all. Very disappointing taste compared to reviews. The only positive was the service, waitresses were friendly, polite and competent.

Amazing find in Montreal. Visiting from Scotland & England and can’t find anywhere as tasty as this was in the UK! Food had so much flavour and taste with lots of options to choose from… we had to try everything! Would highly recommend and definitely favourited to come back next time we’re in Montreal!
