Let me tell a little story. About 3 weeks prior to visiting Lattuca, I was in Dallas, and had some great BBQ while down in sunny Texas. When a co worker said we were going to Quebec, and he booked reservations at "An amazing" BBQ place, I was confused. Quebec and BBQ didn't go together in my mind. But, oh how wrong I was. Latucca may very well be the BEST BBQ I have ever had, and I'd like to think I've had a lot, having lived in NC for 4 years. We ordered a group platter, each with our own set of sides, and those by themselves could have been a meal. The Slaw, with a vinaigrette base was amazing. Great Mac and Cheese, and the baked beans were as well. But that meat platter, holy crap. Pulled pork, pork ribs, and brisket. I have absolutely 0 critiques, and 0 complaints. John Lattuca may have to open a place in Seattle so I don't go broke flying to Quebec for dinner. Outstanding place. Thank you Pitmaster Latucca, and staff for the amazing experience.
