Salmon onigirazu was pretty good, just a little heavy on the mayo. Unagi onigirazu was nice as well, but the unagi was a little burnt. Good service. Nice space.

Great place to get matcha, I adore the coconut matcha 💚 they also have pretty original selection of drinks like guava matcha and egg coffee. Pair it up with an onigirazu and it's a great combo! Fast and good service

Currently sitting in Lakafe writing this because it is that good. The egg foam matcha and salt coffee came out beautiful, delicious, and bigger than expected (16oz glasses??) while the egg coffee was a very nice third drink we shared to sip on (warm and very delightful). The spicy salmon onigirazu was light and filling all at the same time. Very flavorful and fresh. The salmon croffle blew me away with how crispy and rich the dough was; had the flavor of a fresh bagel with lox. Whoever the one lady working here is is killing it and deserves to have her efforts tasted and celebrated.

Visiting Montreal and this is our first breakfast in the city. I will be thinking about this meal every day. We got the salmon onigirazu, the salmon croffle, matcha latte, salt coffee and egg coffee. Everything was absolutely delicious.

I was craving for the Vietnamese egg coffee then I found this little and chic coffee shop around the corner of my Airbnb’s neighbour. Love supporting local business and their coffee tastes like home ❤️

Lakafe, I am really impressed with your Vietnamese egg coffee as well as Vietnamese salt coffee. I kept trying and trying and most of your peers are not doing them as well as you in Montreal. Only you and another one shop are doing the genuine / real Vietnamese egg coffee and Vietnamese salt coffee. Keep up with the great work. Next time I will try your coconut matcha cloud as well as your golden osmanthus (many serious coffee lovers I know are in love with those two). Bravo!

The onigiri was delicious made fresh to order and loaded with fresh toppings. The matcha drink was tasty and not too sweet. The space could be tidier/cleaner however.

Very delicious salmon onigirirazu!! Good matcha drinks. Very nice service. I recommend. It's a bit small, the space to sit, but not too much crowded. We were able to find a place to sit.
