Was out with friends from out of town, having a good time enjoying the atmosphere and the music and company of my friends up until the bartender proceeded to tell me that tipping is mandatory and would serve us our drinks until we tipped. I may be 19 year old student who works as well, I know how to tip and I also know it’s not mandatory!!! Asking for tips is illegal, and if this is the kind of people who work in this place than unfortunately I will never return and I will never suggest it to my friends or their friends, it’s bad enough you up charge, but asking for tips and refusing service because I am a 19 year old student is unacceptable. You should be reported.
