If you’re going for the vibe and full-on Christmas atmosphere, you’ll love this place. It’s an absolute Christmas explosion-and I’m completely here for it. Super cozy and heavily decorated, with something fun to look at in every corner. Pro tip: try to snag the couch facing the bar-it’s the best seat in the house. My friends and I (group of 4) went on a Sunday around noon and waited about 40 minutes. The line itself wasn’t too bad, but it did seem like they prioritized groups of three. As long as you know what you’re signing up for (a long wait and overpriced drinks) and you’re there mainly for the experience, you’ll 100% love it. 🎄✨

Drinks are gross, they can’t even make a hot chocolate right. Decor looks very cheap, service is extremely bad. Don’t understand why they’re still in business.

Rude staff, while waiting they want to keep you outside with this weather 🥱… no thanks , also there was a big line and seats unoccupied ???… went to Tsak Tsak the coffee shop on the side it was empty and way more friendly from the moment you walk in
