First time / first experience a malatang , got greeted by a super nice blond staff , extremely welcoming and got me de-stress to my first time coming , they have a large selection of food , went with the tomato soup , overall everything was really good , the passion fruit drink 10/10 , cashier was really nice whoever made me a second drink of passion fruit 😁😁, would definitely come again

I just ordered takeout, and the cashier told me the staff could pack up the sauce/condiments for me, so I chose a non-spicy soup base. But when I went to ask the server after I had my dipping sauce ready, she said they don’t have any small containers to pack sauces and that they don’t offer that service at all. On top of that, I waited 30 minutes and my mala tang still wasn’t ready—way too slow. Really disappointing. One-star review.

They have a wide variety of ingredients and are super fresh, along with some great soup options. This is the perfect place for lunch, dinner, or even a small snack 😛. They have a pretty unique selection of drinks (chinese specialties) and free ice cream too! Service is very friendly and fast, everyone treated us really well. Personally I like a super spicy malatang but the signature one they have is a nice spice level for everyone. 10/10 #1 malatang spot in Montreal ✨

Came here with my friend for her birthday because we can never find good malatang where we’re from. This was by far the best one we’ve ever had! It’s not super expensive and the vibe inside is so nice! I love the gold bowls! What made it better than any other ones I’ve been to: - So many vegetarian topping options! Loved all of the different rice cakes! - Loved that they gave us bibs so we wouldn’t get our clothes dirty! - They give you a free ice cream at the end and it was so good. The perfect treat especially if you had a spicy broth. Wish we had somewhere like this where we live, but we’ll definitely be back when in Montréal :)

Huge variety of soup broths and toppings! All of the soup bases are matched with a reference picture at the counter, which makes the decision even better. Many beverage options as well, with sample references in the drink area. The workers are all super friendly and helpful. Very reasonable prices too!!! Definitely worth a visit🙂‍↕️

I’m a huge fan of Chinese food and randomly discovered this new place today. I thought it was hot pot at first, but it was actually malatang! I’ve been to similar restaurants before, but this one really stands out — the flavors taste very natural. I got the spicy soup and my friends ordered the Laksa and tomato soup. Tried them all and everything was amazing. Super delicious!

Very nice dining experience. I forgot the waiters name, I think his name is Rain. Very nice guy. Service 10/10. Another waitress also very nice. Her name is Julia. Need to come back again! Shan (the cashier) is also very nice!

There are so many soup base options! I tried the Laksa, while my friends tried the Tom Yum and the spicy soup. I really loved my Laksa — it was very creamy and not too spicy, which was perfect for me since I can’t handle spicy food very well. I even took the soup base home and used it to cook udon noodles, and it was delicious! Their homemade drinks are also great. I especially liked the grape soda. I’d love to try another soup base next time!

A new place that just opened. I came here with friends today and really liked it. Lots of food options, the soup base was tasty, prices were reasonable, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely coming back!
