Tried their new rose sauce and also the bone broth. Bone broth was flavourful and was very delicious. The rose was also good if you are looking for a sauce base instead of soup. However it did take 4-5 minutes longer to come out compared to the bone broth. I would suggest having a base in mind before choosing your ingredients. The ingredients selection was very wide and had lots of premium options. There is a lot of seafood, crayfish, squid, abalone, cuttlefish, shrimp, mussel and scallops. I would recommend getting their surf clams! It is more expensive than other Malatang spots at 4.49/100g but soup base is included. Service was good and ordering is straightforward. It’s nice that everyone can choose what they want in their bowl.

the asian front desk staff has a really bad attitude, we asked for chopsticks and she threw them on the table like she forced to be there. We asked for water and she ignored us and walked away.

I tried this seafood bowl with the tommy Yum sauce and it was perfect. I absolutely loved how the tom yum sauce had a perfect mix between acidity and sweetness. I also drank one of their artisanal teas and he was delicious. It had raisin and it wasn’t too sweet. also, the staff was quite polite.

We loved the variety of soup bases, and the extensive selection of ingredients. Everything’s of the highest quality and freshness. I tried the laksa broth and customized it further by adding sesame paste and spicy soy sauce from the bar for extra umami. The format has something for everyone (including vegetarians) and the outcome is pure deliciousness.

The experience was great and intuitive. Getting to create your own mini hot pot with ingredients you want was nice and the price was fair. The miso and mala broths were really good, there were a lot of ingredients to choose from and it had a decent sauce bar to compliment your meal. The servers were friendly but it's a little diffiucult to flag them down because they don't really check tables. Overall, it was a great experience with delicious food and we will come back again.

We have been in Montreal for a month and this has been by far one of our favorite places to eat at, along with all the other people here evidently because it’s always full. The food is outstanding and there guess the weight promotion is awesome! I have actually guessed three out of four numbers for half price off and on my last day I guessed the right price getting my meal for free. What a great place with awesome food!!!!

This place is great. Customer service is amazing. Shout out to Juline and Viviane. Needed a pad cause I forgot to bring one with me and they offered to go buy some for free. Y’all are the goats thank you so much 🥹🥹

This Is what my fifth time coming here it’s AMAZING the atmosphère is incredible it’s so cozy and such a good calm spot especially with friends.HITS way better.THE food is INCREDIBLE.super juicy and taste very fresh.THE portions are very good and for the price, in this economy 🥹👌.Now something I would like to mention is the staff THEY ARE SO NICE precisely, JULINE AND VIVIANE. THEY R SOOO SWEET very respectful. I don’t think I ever met employées that nice I really do wish they get promoted.They give suggestion on what broths they have a great energy too.overall this place is a MUST GOOO!!!!❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

By far one of the best hot pot build your own bowl restaurants I have been to. The choices of ingredients is plentiful, the food is fresh and best of all it doesn’t cost an arm and leg like many other build your own bowl restaurants. Would highly recommend!

I eat halal so sometimes it’s harder for restaurants to accommodate, but Viviane was super knowledgeable about it and offered me all the options available and was transparent about all the ingredients, she was so sweet and patient and the soup came out super good!!I got the tomato soup it’s so flavourful despite being water based and the ingredients are super fresh!!! I would definitely recommend.☺️☺️

Went with my cousins and it’s perfect for the cozy evening! Great selection of soup and food selection, the waitress Viviane was so helpful and knowledgeable about the menu which helped us a lot! Would definitely come back!

you pick your meats/seafood/veggies whatever you like,then pick your soup base. So your flavour is your choice. Great selection, will come back for sure
