Ordered the prosciutto sandwich. Nothing special. Bread was mid, prosciutto had no taste and too much honey. Not worth the price point. Just being honest.

Absolutely obsessed with La Scacciata 🤍 I ordered the truffle mushroom pizza and it was *pure dream* fresh, insanely flavorful, and so generous. The dough was unbelievably soft… honestly the best I’ve had in the city. Also tried the arancini ball stuffed with beef sauce and cheese WOW. Served with a rich, generous sauce and topped with their in house truffle mayo, it felt like such a luxurious treat. Everything was beyond delicious. A must-try

I love encouraging family businesses! Especially when you can tell the owner takes pride in their restaurant/café. Very clean Sarah is sweet Owner ( I assume ) was a very well-groomed, kind & big-hearted type person, very generous & passionate. We were lucky to try multiple flavours for the pizza. The spicier one being our favourite! I would return! I will give a critical comment however 1. The music was slightly too loud considering it was a Y2K throwback ( amazing set list but distracting for anyone who wants to read/laptop ) 2. My stomach is sensitive so the pizza although nice, was a bit too oily, and I kept having to wipe my hands - and slightly cold I would return to try pastries and drinks however - it was very nice! Much love And thank you!

Went in for coffee and was pleasantly surprised by the offering of foods and drinks. The owner is so warm and welcoming. He went out of his way for us. We will definitely be going back

Five-star experience! 🍝 Huge shoutout to the owner for being so accommodating with my dietary restrictions. It’s rare to find such high-quality GF and LF options paired with such warm, welcoming service. A must-visit!! Also, if your looking for real gelato imported from Italy, this is the place to go.

Found this place online and decided to try it out. WOW did we make a good choice. The food is so fresh and so delicious. MUST TRY. They also let me know they have a terrace where I can enjoy my sandwich with my pup in the summer. We tried the Milanese, Bologna and Agrigento. All so yummy. Thanks! We will be back

La Scacciata on Notre-Dame is a gem! Their espressos and drinks are top-tier, and the Italian food is always fresh and authentic. The staff is incredible, treating every guest like family.
