Ive never been to Poland, but my brother in law has, in fact he spent the first 16 years of his life there. In fact he still insists that vodka is an appetizer and that Cole slaw is the one true salad. He may be right. He would also be right at home at this establishment that has so many types of cured meats it almost cured my night blindness. The pirogies are stuffed with moist and delightful things and the various desserts seemed fresh though I didn’t indulge. There are also hundreds of goods to sample and I dare say I will do that upon my next visit.
