Poorest service ever experienced. Called to place an order to pick up. The young gentleman on the phone was very rude. Said I had to be present to order and he had to hang up because he was very busy because they were closing. My call was made 1 hour and 10 minutes prior to closing

Bonjour, Effectivement, nous ne prenons aucune commande par téléphone et nous ne faisons que très rarement de l’emporter. Nos horaires en hiver sont variables en fonction de l’achalandage. Donc si le responsable juge qu’il est temps de fermer, il prend sa décision. Concernant la politesse du serveur, je suis très étonné, vous avez parlé à César, notre serveur le plus apprécié de la clientèle. Étant vous même dans le commerce, je trouve très exagéré votre note de une étoile sans avoir goûté nos produits, je vous souhaite d’avoir des clients plus indulgents que vous dans vos affaires.

We had a great experience at La Pizz Place Royale in Old Quebec City. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, especially in the historic area of Place Royale, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. We ordered a Margherita pizza and a vegetarian pizza with feta. Both pizzas were made fresh and tasted very good. The ingredients were flavorful, and the combination of vegetables and feta on the vegetarian pizza was especially delicious. Overall, the pizzas were fresh, tasty, and satisfying. It’s a great spot to enjoy a good meal while exploring Old Quebec City. 🍕

After 2-3 hours of walking around Old Québec in –30°C weather, we tried at least five restaurants - all completely full. Then we found La Pizz Place Royale, at the perfect moment. We were a group of seven on a Friday night, without a reservation, and they still had space for us - which honestly saved our evening. We were so cold and exhausted that I needed a few minutes just to sit down and recover. The hot tea brought me back to life. Even though we were fasting, the custom pizza we ordered was so good that I ended up ordering another one. The pasta for the kids was also very good, with decent portions. Yes, the price is a bit higher ($20) for an 8-9 inch pizza, but considering the location and quality, it’s completely understandable. Overall, a great experience - warm, welcoming, and exactly what we needed at that moment.

We discovered this restaurant while walking through the streets of Quebec City, and this beautiful little spot caught our attention. The food and service are excellent. There were four of us, and we ordered two pizzas (each pizza is for one person), lasagna, and pasta Bolognese. The food was delicious, the lasagna was super juicy, and the extra bread for $2 was well worth it. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu and shared it between two, and it was also super delicious. I highly recommend it!
