Dairy specialists slinging amazing yogurt and solid milk. Stopped by while passing through the area. Small shop stocking their own milk, yogurts, ice cream, and a bit of coffee. They don’t raise their own cows, but they partner with two local farms to process the raw milk themselves. Instead of standard breeds, they exclusively source from Jersey cows, which naturally carry a much higher butterfat content than typical Holsteins. Honestly, the extra fat wasn't hugely noticeable in the straight milk, but the yogurt was different. They offered pre-mixed 3% fat yogurts, alongside 9% fat versions with the fruit jam sitting at the bottom. I went straight for the 9% options. Blackberry, blueberry, and strawberry. That extra butterfat made the texture incredibly silky and left almost zero tang. The fat essentially coats the palate and masks the natural acidity so they don't have to dump in a ton of sugar to balance it out. Ice cream was solid, but nothing to write home about. Standard flavors like chocolate, strawberry, and pistachio. Slightly smoother and silkier than average. Probably not worth a massive detour, but if you appreciate high-tier yogurt and happen to be in the area, definitely make the stop.
