Cool atmosphere and definitely a vibe La Paella serves up tapas and a variety of Paellas not to mention some colourful and delicious cocktails great for a date night spot. Don't miss out on this one! They also have live shows sometimes!

Absolutely amazing experience! This spot instantly transports you straight to Spain 🇪🇸 The paella was bursting with authentic flavor — rich, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with fresh seafood cooked to perfection 🥘✨ The ambiance was warm and lively, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and every detail felt genuine. At @restolapaella, owner @mathiasvartin, takes you on a journey to celebrate the culture and flavours of Spain. Having been there four times, everything from the flavours to the presentation to the setting, brought back fond memories of warm balmy nights savouring tapas, paella and sangria in the pubs just off of Las Ramblas (Barcelona). Stepping into La Paella truly felt like taking a mini trip to Spain! From the very first bite, everything transported us — the drinks were refreshing, the tapas were full of rich, authentic flavors, and the paella was absolutely incredible. You can tell every dish is made with passion and tradition. What made the experience even more special was the owner. He’s so warm and welcoming, and hearing his story added such a personal touch to the whole meal. It’s one of those places where you don’t just eat… you feel something. If you’re looking for an authentic Spanish experience without leaving Montreal, this spot is a must.

Great experience at La Paella! The food was fresh and really well prepared especially the paella, which was rich and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was and service was excellent. Definitely a spot worth visiting again.

my first time trying a paella and this restaurant got me obsessed!! they make their paellas on the spot and it takes around 25 minutes but it’s so worth it because the portions are generous and flavourful!

Got takeout for two here at a reasonable price and tasted great. My Moroccan girlfriend who is picky about Spanish food enjoyed it, so mission accomplished!

Amazing authentic Spanish cuisine. The chef has 30 years of cooking experience in Europe and knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend. Prices are good and the food is amazing!!!
