I had a fantastic experience, the atmosphere is elegant and vibrant, with a beautiful blend of modern design and authentic Shanghai-inspired touches. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious! Full of flavor, well presented, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried felt thoughtfully prepared. It is a great spot for a night out, whether you’re celebrating something special or just want a stylish place to enjoy amazing food and drinks. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience 😊💕

I had an amazing experience at La Nuit Shanghai. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday, and I truly appreciated the effort that went into making the night special. A special thank you to our waitress, Valery, who was absolutely amazing. She took great care of our group of 10 people, providing friendly and fast service even though the restaurant was short-staffed. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention made our evening even better. The ambiance was beautiful, and the overall experience was great. The only thing I would have loved to see was more shows throughout the night, as the entertainment could have been more frequent. The music was also just okay, but everything else was amazing. Thank you again to the entire team for making my birthday night memorable. I truly enjoyed the experience and appreciate all the hard work. Ps we only took videos of the food 🙃 so

Marvelous time at La Nuit Shanghai made possible by Stanley (cup)! The food, the ambiance and service was top tier. Everyone is there to celebrate and you can feel it in the crowd. Strangers become friends and it really is the place to celebrate no matter the occasion. The dancers and show are amazing and so beautifully charming. Thank you for great evening

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I made a reservation well in advance and clearly mentioned that we were celebrating my partner’s 50th birthday and wanted a special evening. Despite this, we were initially seated at the bar, which was completely inappropriate for such an occasion. After I complained, we were moved to a small table off to the side where we couldn’t even see the show we had come to enjoy. The food itself was good, but the service was unbelievably slow. We arrived at 8:30 PM, and our main course didn’t arrive until midnight. Waiting more than three hours for a main dish is simply unacceptable. By that point, the evening was ruined, and we ended up taking the food home because we had lost our appetite. What should have been a memorable birthday celebration turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor organization, poor seating arrangements, and extremely slow service completely overshadowed the quality of the food. I would not recommend this restaurant, especially for anyone planning a special occasion.

Within approximately one minute of your arrival, I personally assisted with your seating request. As I was already in the vicinity, I immediately relocated your party from your initial seating assignment to a premium round table designed to accommodate four guests, which I believed would offer a more comfortable setting for such an important celebration. During this interaction, your partner expressed his appreciation for the change, thanked me personally, asked for my name, shook my hand, and indicated that he was pleased with the table that had been provided. Throughout the evening, our management team remained present on the dining room floor and available to assist. Had the level of dissatisfaction described in your review been communicated to us at any point during service, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address it immediately. Regarding the timing of the meal, our multi-course dining experience is intentionally paced to accompany the progression of the evening’s performances and entertainment. While guests may have different expectations regarding the rhythm of service, the experience is designed to unfold throughout the duration of the show. La Nuit Shanghai welcomes hundreds of guests every week for birthdays, anniversaries, and other important celebrations. While we respect your perspective, the events described in your review do not fully reflect the interactions and accommodations that took place during your visit. Excellent experience at Shanghai Nights! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was outstanding. A special shout-out to Kelly, our hostess, for her warm welcome, professionalism, and attention to detail. She made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

Amazing place. Amazing service. Kelly was an amazing server. She explained every dish and was ready to answer every question we had. She always checked up on us and really nice. She made this experience 10x better. Would recommend this place in a heart beat for the food, service and entertainment

Although there wasn't always a show happening, the evening was eventful and delicious. Our waistress Anna made our night very enjoyable and was always around for anything we could ask. The dancers were beautiful and the singing was amazing. I highly recommend coming with friends you're close with!

Closing hours showing at 2 AM ,we were there 12:35 AM at Friday night, and it was already closed. Some kids was taking the garbage out from side door and , they said it’s closed already, when I said but it suppose to 2 AM, he said , I’ll call manager , you deal with him, talking unpleasant way. So I did scratch the name of this place on my list…
