I thought cubing lamb shoulder to order is a basic service at a high-end butcher, but they were not able to do that.
When visiting Montreal this fully stocked meat store is my go-to for a variety of tortierre flavours. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Looking forward to my next visit!
