I wanted to love this place because I actually tried their burger in the restaurant first, and it was good. Unfortunately, my experiences ordering delivery from them have been highly frustrating. I’ve ordered via UberEats twice now, and both times my orders arrived with missing items: First Order: The fries were left out ( I paid for 2 fries, got only 1) Second Order: An entire burger was missing. They run a "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion on the app, but it is incredibly misleading. It feels like they lure you in with the deal and then simply don't send half of what you ordered. It’s a real shame because the food itself is decent, but the lack of attention to detail on delivery orders is a dealbreaker. I won't be ordering delivery from here again.

Hello Imane, sorry to hear about your experience with ubereats, as you know we don’t control the 3rd party delivery and issues that comes with it, we do run the promotion buy 1 get one free and we do give it when it’s ordered, we make what we receive, you need to make sure that picked the promotion, and not jut the burger, if we receive just an order for a burger we will make just one if you pick the promotion you will get 2 Burgers , its what we receive through the app is what we make, we never had this issue before. Next time when you place an order call the restaurant to make sure you got the promotion and soon we will have our own platform, Thank you for bringing this issue to us and we will fellow up with uber as well. Hopefully we will make you change your rating in the Future 🤲 thank you

​I intentionally waited 24 hours to write this review to ensure complete objectivity, but my disgust has not faded. I witnessed the abhorrent way the owner and a group of men in his entourage cornered and bullied three young men over an alleged stolen drink. ​The behavior of the management was entirely unacceptable. Rather than handling the situation like professionals, you chose to escalate it with unhinged aggression and intimidation tactics against individuals who were clearly intimidated. It was a pathetic display of bullying. ​On Tuesday morning, I will be formally contacting the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC) to report this business's conduct. I will never set foot in this establishment again, and I strongly advise anyone who values decent human decency to take their business elsewhere.

Hello, First of all you’re information is wrong, Im the owner and I wasn’t there, I go there once a month, second the incident was reported to me the next day, I checked the cameras and what i saw is an employee who stopped a group of adults drunk acting like kids, he stopped them from harassing and bullying his coworkers, he stopped them from throwing ketchup and mayonnaise at the employees working in the kitchen, he stopped them from throwing ketchup and mayonnaise at the customers, he stopped them from stealing drinks, he stopped them from breaking the self order kiosk, that’s exactly what I saw, I was mad at my employee because he didn’t call the cops on you and your group. My legal team will be taking action now that we have you google account and they can identify you from it.

visiting from the uk, had a cheeseburger and fries - the food is amazing! one of the best burgers I've had in years! the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant is really clean. i'm going to be recommending to any of my friends that visit Montreal!

Really delicious burgers, amazing sauces, and perfectly seasoned fries. Everything tasted super fresh. The service was outstanding, thank you Samir! The place was very clean and organized too. This place deserves way more recognition. Highly recommend!

I was really craving a good burger and i searched for a place nearby then randomly chose this place and it ended up not disappointing, i got a cheeseburger and a cheeseburger trio which was only 19 dollars, the burgers were really yummy the service was quick and super nice. Will definitely have to go back!!😁

I stopped here for a quick bite and ordered their cheese burger with fries. It was delicious I really like the taste. Over all it is delicious and I would recommend this place. It’s actually better than fast food cheese burgers that’s what my daughter said. 😁✌🏼

Do not order from this place…Burgers are super salty and almost taste like taco seasoning. Fries have a weird spice. Ordered 2 trios and only got 1 fry. Tried to call and only got voicemail. Would not recommend this place.

The reviews are there for a reason. We all wish more people knew about this place. I came in a little before open and they accommodated with a big smile on their face. I had a riz viande hache and all spices were flavor bombs. The smash burger was so balanced I had to rethink ever going somewhere else to have a burger. Shout out to Amine, the owner.

Hella good 🍔 burgers y’all! Well-seasoned meat topped with delicious sauces! Also, the BEST fries, super seasoned so every bite is like a flavor bomb! Very helpful and friendly staff, and reasonable prices too. Highly recommend La maison du burger double stack! Also, always get the double stack!!

Genuinely one of the best burgers downtown. The burger was excellent, the fries came in big portions with amazing seasoning and the place is very clean. I highly recommend it.
