Really amazing place. Food is delicious. Very decent portions. We ordered more plates thinking we wouldn't have enough with our main dish, but that was truly not the case. Service is great, waiters and waitresses are really kind and welcoming. We recommend.

Great food but can’t give more stars because staff was not very attentive, in spite of us being one of the few customers. But the Birria tacos are truly delicious.

Had the fried calamari and the birria tacos. It was excellent. Also had a mocktail with pineapple coconut and horchata it was really tasty. I’ll come back with friends next time.

Pretty tasty Mexican food especially considering it’s Montreal. A decent variety of dishes although like most places here, the tacos are really the standout…though La Limette has great guacamole too. Their margaritas are also exceptional. Service is outstanding every time we go! Friendly, attentive and quick.

We drove from Laval to try this Mexican restaurant based on the excellent reviews but the service was lacking and is the reason we will not be back. It is a pity as the food was good and reasonably priced. The restaurant and the small outside terrasse are very cute. But the service is what sets the tone for the entire restaurant experience and this was some of the worst service we encountered in a restaurant in years.

There were little bugs flying around so I felt itchy the whole time i was eating. I also ordered the larger size ceviche but it was rly small...so small i thought it was the appetizer. The service was also very slow, when there was only 3 other tables to serve. Never came even once to check on us or fill our water.

Amazing food and atmosphere, everyone was so nice and the food was even better! I had the tacos de Arrachera, which I highly recommend and my mom had quesabirria tacos also great! Authentic flavors and you can tell they really care for the quality of the ingredients.

Excellent mexican fare. Everything was fresh vibrant and delicious and served with finesse. The birria was phenomenal, fish tacos were delicious, the fried chicken as well and the burrito was very tasty. Everything we had we truly enjoyed. The desserts were excellent as well from the key lime pie to the tres leches cake. Service was friendly and efficient. We will be coming back for sure.

The food at La Limette was delicious. The birria tacos were especially good. It was a good portion as well. We did visit as a large group with some travellers who did not speak French. It was frustrating when the waitress continued to serve us in French when some of our group did not speak it. We did not feel accommodated in this regard.

La Limette made my day! I was looking for something fresh to eat on a cold snowy day… their birria tacos did not disappoint! Staff was friendly and service was fast. I’ll definitely be back soon

Eating here is always delicious. Took the Birria Queso tacos. The soft but cripy tacos, juicy meat and sauce were perfect. Salad was tasty! Restaurant is well decorated.

Unfortunately, my experience started with a hair in my drink. The waitress kindly replaced my drink but offered no apology at the fact that a literal hair was buried in my drink. It wasn't really treated with the gravity that it should have been. We were also charged for it. Beyond that, the service was barebones. They brought the bottle of water to the table and left it; they didn't pour it, and my plate wasn't even set in front of me. Nobody checked on us after the food came out. If the restaurant was cheaper/fast food, I wouldn't care, but for the price they charge, you expect better service. The food was ok, but the portions were tiny. Usually, Mexican restaurants give you rice and beans. Not just one tiny cup of beans (or rice). However, the food came out really fast. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience and I wouldn't come back.
