Great place, true vegetarian food. Very tasty tahini and crispy falafels. I took soup and falafel dish, it comes with salads. All was fresh and very tasty. Fast service by friendly owner.

Probably the best hummus that I've had outside of the Old City in Jerusalem. Possibly ever. This hummus is clearly made with love!

I have taken out from Hummousia many times and keep coming back, and all the people I have sent feel the same. A family of 5 can eat well on two orders of hummus and two orders or falafel, they also all come with these extra salads and toppings. I can't say enough about the hummus flavour and texture. The falafel is now our family favourite, so light and tasty. We sometimes make chicken at home and add it to the pita for extra protein. Try the Carmalized onion and the eggplant hummus!

We lack on restos with healthy options in Montreal and this one definitely hits the spot! Food is affordable and you get a bunch of salads included with your meal. Owner is welcoming and the service was great as well. Definitely will come back :)

It was suggested to try it. Went with my cousin and girlfriend and it was delicious. We had the Falafel Hummus and the Caramelized Onions Hummus (recommended). The texture, quality and taste were above my expectations. Came with little salads and pita. Owner came to check in on us and see if everything was to our liking. Waitress gave us incredible service. Highly recommend!

Stephane is operating a work of love. Fantastic hummus and falafel (Ask for the homemade schug). Superb french fries (must have!). The place is cozy and warm and the visible kitchen is clean. I was very pleased! 5 stars!

We were 2 dining in for lunch. We ordered 2 different plates in order to acquaint ourselves with the offerings. Both the hummus with foule (beans) and the hummus with eggplant were excellent. The starter of salads with fresh warm pitas was terrific. We couldn't resist ordering falafel balls too. Also first rate, crispy outside-soft inside. Portions are very generous so we continued the enjoyment at home. Oh, and the limonana (lemonade with mint) must have a 'secret' ingredient that makes it special. Service was helpful and very friendly. Definitely going back soon and plan on making La Hummousia a regular go-to resto.

This place is amazing! It's as authentic a hummus dish that you'll find in Montreal. Service was was very friendly and prices are reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend for for all hummus, tahina and fresh pita lovers.

Great dishes. We enjoyed the eggplant as well as the mushroom versions. The pita was fresh, soft and warm. The entrees were much appreciated and complimented the hummus dishes very well. In addition, we took home an order of falafel. My friend's son claims it's the best he's ever had. Note to self....try the falafel next time! Service was efficient, fast and friendly. Owner and chef came to meet us and was very accommodating. Worth every bite and very affordable.
