This is probably the best Mexican place in the city, and that’s saying a lot given what’s in the neighborhood and close by on the blue/orange lines. The tacos are incredible with generous portions, the ceviche punches well above its price, and the cocktails are top notch. Great mezcal selection. Lovely service. Also I love that they now play jazz/chilled out Latin music on the speakers - it’s a great volume for actually having a conversation with your date. Lucky to have this in the neighbourhood!

This is by far my favourite taco place in the city. I’ve come here at least 5 times and it’s just consistently excellent. The ceviche is a dream, the tacos are so tasty (literally all of them, but the pescado, birria, al pastor are standouts), and the housemade hot sauce is killer. The cocktails are also great (personally a big fan of the piña colada), and they run a 5 à 7 happy hour with good prices. The ambience is amazing — they play great mexican music, and it’s not wayyy too loud (which is an issue I’ve often encountered in this city). Easy place to have a conversation!! Cannot recommend this place enough. Definitely worth a visit to Outremont to try it. :)
