Very busy restaurant. Staffs are nice. Just hard to find a seat. Be aware, ski equipments were stolen at the ski racks outside. After used a bicycle lock, never been stolen then. Please take good care of your loved skis.

We had a very disappointing experience at Mont Tremblant, specifically the skin rental at this location. We paid full price for lift tickets and rentals, only to spend over an hour waiting for our skis, despite there being only 2–3 people ahead of us in line. The two employees assisting customers were extremely slow, not attentive, and did not seem concerned about the growing wait time and lineup. For a resort of this caliber and cost, this level of service is completely unacceptable. There were clearly not enough staff working, and no sense of urgency to move things along. As a result, we missed a significant portion of our ski time, time we paid a premium for. At the chalet, a staff member told us to fill out a compensation form for the hours of skiing we missed (and paid for). We did exactly that. The response we received was a generic email stating they had “taken the necessary actions to ensure it doesn’t happen again,” but they refused to clarify what those actions were. No real accountability, no transparency, and no meaningful resolution. When you charge top-tier prices, guests expect top-tier operations and service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. We won’t be rushing back.

YES GLUTEN FREE CHICKEN & SEPARATE FRYERS! I love this side of Mt. Tremblant- the workers at Le Diable and customer service area below are always *so kind*. As a now- severely gluten intolerant person I assumed I could not be accommodated-but the staff let me know they had a separate fryer and also had gluten free chicken nuggets. They even gave me the list of ingredients for me to confirm. Happy to report I had my first ever restauant cooked french fries & battered chicken -symptom free! Merci Mt.Tremblant!! Other-Don't forget to use your Ikon Pass for discounts. Loads of spots inside to eat your own lunch, as it can be $$.

Great to relax near the fireplace when it is minus 25 outside. Less crowded than the other places.
