*I wanted to like this place as much as I did the first time I visited it back in 2023 but this time was very, very disappointing and I will not be going back* I went to two of their locations the other day, looking for the orange flavoured french caneles that I fell in love with a couple of years ago. I did find them but they looked very different compared to the ones I got back then, the outside was definitely missing the beeswax coating - I get it, it's the "economy" that makes it tough to keep up with the good quality ingredients and stuff...BUT, but - selling things with MOLD on them!? This is absolutely unacceptable! 🤢 my 2 year old was eating this canele, when I noticed the white spots on it, I immediately took it out of his hands and he's going to be just fine but hey, this is NOT okay! To the owner - please consider talking to your teenage employees about food safety because this is serious.
