We understand your concern, but it's important to clarify that gloves can actually be a false friend when it comes to food safety. A person wearing gloves may think their hands are clean, but that is not necessarily the case — gloves are often not changed frequently enough and can become more contaminated than hands that are washed properly.
Our team follows strict and regular handwashing protocols throughout the day, in accordance with Quebec's health and safety standards. This is a practice that is widely recognized by food safety experts as more reliable and more professional than relying on gloves.
To this day, no customer has ever complained about our hygiene, and we take food safety extremely seriously.
