If happiness had an address in Montreal, it would probably be La Diperie Rue Masson. I might be a little biased because I know the owner, but honestly this place is dangerous… you go in thinking “I’ll just grab something small” and somehow walk out with a masterpiece covered in chocolate, toppings, and zero regrets. The ice cream is ridiculously good, the toppings are wild, and the staff actually care about what they’re serving. It’s the kind of place where you bring friends, dates, family… or just yourself after a long day because life is hard and ice cream helps. Also fair warning: once you try it, regular ice cream starts feeling like a downgrade. Proud of my friend for building a spot that puts smiles on people’s faces every day. If you’re anywhere near Masson street, do yourself a favor and stop by. Your future self will thank you. 🍦
