I went there in june 2024 and was Very impressed. I tried Foie Gras, Riz de Vaux and Boudin Noire. No such a thing here in North Carolina. Just a great place as real good restaurants used to be in Quebec in the 1980-1990. Comming back June 2026 and this is the first place we will hit. I plan to go at least twice as long Carney doesn't shut it down.

I went to this bistro today and had a great experience. I ordered the salmon tartare and it was delicious, with a good portion size that was just enough to feel satisfied. What really stood out was the service. Our waiter, I think his name was Massi, was amazing : super friendly, attentive and made the experience even better. Great food and great service. I’d definitely come back.
