This location has attempted to automate its primary services using digital kiosks and QR codes, but the execution is miserable. The user interface is confusing, the loading times are abysmal, and there is no clear analog backup when the system inevitably crashes. Forcing users into a broken digital funnel without human support is a massive operational failure.
