Terrible experience here. We (two of us) waited 1 1/2 hours for food that never came. When we ordered at 11:45 am, we were told they could not make one item so we ordered a different one. After half an hour of waiting for our food, we asked about our order and they told us they couldn't make the other thing we ordered. Then maybe 20 minutes later they brought that dish out saying actually they could make that order. Then they never brought the other dish out. When we asked about it again - at 1:15 pm, about an hour and a half after paying for it - they told us they couldn't make it after all (it was eggs, cheese and bread??). They reimbursed us for the dish they never made us, but never explained how it happened or offered any compensation for wasting our time and ignoring us. The restaurant was half empty when we arrived and they constantly tried to deliver us other people's orders. Other people came, ate and left while this was going on. There was no excuse besides disorganization and incompetence. It really ruined our Valentine's Day morning and I would not recommend this place to someone else.
