I never leave reviews at places but this was one of the best places I have been to. The owner Gordie was the nicest, most personable guy and honestly just made our day better talking to him. The food was also some of the best and cheapest gluten free food I have seen anywhere. You can tell he isn’t in it for the money but just wants to provide high quality food for fellow celiac people.,

I was in the neighborhood and finally got to try one of the famed sandwiches. I got the veggie sandwich and a muffin and, wow, am I happy right now. I’ve been looking for a place you can just go and grab a fresh, warm and savory bite and this is perfection! Amazing product quality for a reasonable price. The owner is also super friendly and welcomed me warmly. The selection of gf products and pasta is great as well. 10/10 will make this a regular destination!

An absolutely amazing experience. From the second we touched down in Montreal this was our first stop straight from the airport and it did not disappoint one bit! The owner was so kind and the food was to die for! If you have celiac this spot is a real treat!

We stopped in for a quick lunch while visiting and were so glad we did. The purse sandwiches were unique, affordable, and delicious, and they're 100% gluten free, just like everything else in the store. As someone with celiac, it was a real treat to grab something quick that tasted this good without any worry. My wife & I chatted briefly with the owner, who also has celiac, and his passion for offering a unique, safe menu really comes through. This neighborhood, and Montreal as a whole, is lucky to have a spot like this. Highly recommend!

Well if you haven't tried this little gluten free gem...YOU ARE MISSING OUT! The tatste, texture, temperature. Everything was on point. And you can shop for pastas you won't find in your local grocers. A MUST TRY. I went yesterday for the 1st time and today I am definitely making a come back hhhhhhh.

Was very happy to find a few 100% GF shops when we visited Montreal from Columbus, Ohio US, and La Bolo a Lolo's sandwiches were great! Can't believe they're that cheap too. My wife has Celiac and I don't, so I'm happy to say his GF sandwich bread leaves nothing left to be desired if you're a gluten eater. Also happy to see they sell GF groceries for those who want to make their own stuff at home. Our source of Le Veneziane GF Ditalini dried up a while ago and ordering online has always been too expensive anywhere we thought to look. He had shelves full, more in the back room, and was more than happy to let us take as much as we wanted. Since his groceries are also inexpensive, we got a ton to take back. We had a great conversation both times we stopped in, and if we aren't back to Montreal any time soon, we're happy to know we have a new option for ordering online for a good price.

What a wonderful place for gluten-free deliciousness! The sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients and lots of passion! The steak Philly and chicken parm are to die for, and the Mme Ouche zaatar and cheese are SO good that they're addictive! The menu is reasonably priced and has so many yummy options to choose from. The store also has a great variety of gluten-free items and groceries, which makes it such a useful place to have around. And Gordy, the owner, is such an awesome guy! The first time I visited, I arrived around closing time because of traffic, and Gordy stayed open for me without rushing me at all. He's just genuinely kind and welcoming. He's always happy to chat, share tips and tricks about gluten-free living, and make recommendations. I'm so happy I found this place and have been coming here for the past few months. If you're gluten-free, you definitely need to check it out! And even if you're not, come for the food... You will not be disappointed!

There’s not much of an atmosphere inside as it’s more of a market, but you don’t come here for that you come here for the service and best of all the food best gluten-free in Montreal. we had to go back twice to ask is this really gluten-free?

Very good sandwich- perfect for a light meal or snack. Crispy wrapper like a thin pita, with the perfect amount of filling to not make it sloppy. I had the Philly cheese steak and my son had the cheese. We loved it. I also bought the 00 gluten free flour not make pizza at home.

Awesome and affordable gluten-free spot!! I tried the chocolate chip and pistachio cookie and a muffin and they were super. The owner is kind and welcoming and I'm looking forward to visiting again in the future to try one of the sandwiches! I have a fee gluten free friends and I let them know about this place.

The food was amazing. I'm Celiac. My friends and husband are not and we all agreed it was shockingly delicious. It is so hard to find a place to eat that is safe if you're celiac and taste good. Gordy, the owner, hits a home run with his food. Just a note, this is a takeout place only. He makes your amazing food right in front of you or you can grab things out of the freezer or fridge. He also has quality gf dry goods if you want to shop. Definitely worth stopping in to eat/shop if you're in town and Celiac or not! He also has freah baked goods. Everything is gluten free and safe. He makes everything himself. Thank you Gordy for your commitment to good food.
