They provided a spectacular environment and meal for me, my bride, and our wedding parties.
I simply do not know where to start my review. Our wedding surpassed our own expectations, and the team at L'Ambroisie was such a delight to work with. The day went so smoothly with no hiccups from their end. The service was out of this world. We had 70 guests, and the food came out properly and on time. The taste of the food was simply WOW. Our guests raved about the steak and the halibut risotto, and my wife absolutely loved the oysters, especially the Rockefeller oysters. Everything tasted incredible. Like they say, it takes a village to pull off a wedding, and that is very accurate. I want to call out the following people who made our day so magical and beautiful: Marie-France – Bar mastermind Service Team: Rohan, Amber, Jonathan Behind the Scenes Team: Dallas, Sebastien, Gordon (sous-chef), Stuart (Chef), John, and all the cooks and dishwashers who made the food amazing Alexandra – Coordinator, point of contact and the person that had a key role in make our night magical from preparation, planning and navigating all our needy requests and finding a way to get them accepted by the owner. They are such a delight to work with and so flexible and understanding. They were accommodating with many aspects of our planning, including allowing us to bring some of our own items, which we truly appreciated. I loved all our interactions from the initial conversation to the execution of the day. They worked tirelessly to make everything go smoothly, and as with every wedding, there were unplanned moments. One example that truly stood out was when our arch vendor's partner couldn't make it. Without hesitation, the L'Ambroisie team jumped in to help mount the arch outside in -35 degree weather with freezing cold hands. Their willingness to go above and beyond, even outside their usual responsibilities, meant the world to us. I would highly recommend L'Ambroisie to anyone planning their special day. You will be in excellent hands. THANK YOU for making our day beautiful and for all your work and effort. You are all such wonderful human beings with big hearts.
Our wedding at Ambroisie was an absolutely wonderful experience, filled with beautiful memories. Everything was exceptional, and we are completely satisfied ❤️ A huge thank you to Alexandra for her continuous support and attention, to Cléa for her understanding, flexibility, great energy, and availability, and to Amber and the entire team for the impeccable service and great attitude throughout the day😊.
