Kyoto Sushi really impressed us. I’ve rarely seen such beautiful and creative presentation — the dishes looked amazing when they arrived at the table. The sushi was fresh and very tasty, and the service was fast and efficient. Overall, a great experience that made the meal feel special.

Great staff, RJ was exceptional, he payed very good attention to us and was such a delight. The food was okay, I had bones in my sashimi, but it’s okay accidents happen. What concerned me more was the freshness of the veggies on the platters, they were all dried up:( even the scallions on the sushi.

Best makis in town. Before moving away from Ville St-Laurent, we used to come here weekly in the 2010s when it was an older founding gentleman making the makis alone. His makis were created with such artistry and had fantastic combinations of flavours and textures. It was the gateway drug to sushi. We’re happy to see (and taste) that this place has still got it. Absolute delicious experience, albeit the flavours have gotten pretty strong. You’re going to be thirsty after eating here. Our forever faves: Maiko, Gatsby, Geisha. Highly recommended.
