We visited Kulcha king while visiting Montreal from US. Had an amazing food experience with authentic kulcha just like Amritsar Kulcha, made slowly and crispy in Tandoor. Served with Chole, butter, pickle & onion. Recommend to every one who likes authentic Kulch

The food was very fresh and tasted great. The portion sizes are great for the price. Lovely and Sarb were great servers, and were very kind when we requested extra dishes. It was overall an amazing meal!

One of my favorite Indian food places! The food at Roi Kulcha King is always fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Every time I visit, Lovely is extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. She always helps me with recommendations and makes sure everything is perfect. Her customer service is honestly amazing and makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the great hospitality!

Quite literally the best place to have ‘Amritsari Kulcha’ in Mtl. Hands-down the best 🤌🏼✨♥️ Service was fast, food was delicious, me and my friends also ate Chole Bhature and those were equally good too (gluttony is a sin, I know 😭 but couldn’t help)! Food was so tempting that none of us took any pictures of it. I’ll post pictures again on my visit. Big thanks to chef Rana ji and excellent staff Sarav, merci beaucoup pour cette belle expérience

Kulchas are to die for! It’s a very busy place, so service can be a bit slow. But Lovely, our waitress was excellent! Highly recommend this place, at least for the kulcha. Dahi bhalla was very soft, melt in mouth, but just a bit too sweet. Chana bhatura was light and tasty.

Kulcha King on Rue Crescent is a great spot if you’re craving flavorful North Indian food in downtown Montreal. The kulchas were the highlight for me — fresh, filling, and really tasty — and the menu has plenty of good options whether you’re vegetarian or not. We ordered the chicken tandoor, Chicken kulcha, onion kulcha and the biryani. Don’t order the biryani :-) I also found the service to be friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, so it works well for a relaxed lunch or dinner. One small thing is that a couple of dishes could have used a bit more spice for my taste, but that’s easy enough to adjust when ordering. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid downtown Indian restaurant and definitely worth trying.
