Today I went to the Krispy Kreme in Laval to buy two boxes of doughnuts for the mental health unit where I work. During a short chat, the supervisor, Princesse, realized they were for hospital staff and immediately said, “Is it for the hospital? Then I’ll give you a couple more!” That small act of kindness truly made my day. More than the extra doughnuts, it showed real care and compassion for the hard work people in healthcare do every day. Thank you, Princesse and Krispy Kreme, for your generosity and for brightening our team’s day! 🍩💙

Overall pretty good. But the concerns of others hold true. Freshness and variety are a bit of an issue at this location. On the first time or so I bought here, one of the staff said they'll soon bring more of the varieties available at the other locations, especially the cake-based donuts. I haven't seen any of these on my last visit most recently. When will you be bringing in more of the regular varieties? UPDATE: Wow, they're improving with variety. Also the interactions with the staff are overall more pleasant. Love that they now have the cake-based donuts, it's one of the main things that were missing.

Great service, the staff were really nice. The donuts were fresh and so delicious😋. Also it’s a clean and lovely spot to enjoy your sweets, I would highly recommend to go in this krispy kreme!🍩

I went to this location today and bought a box of donuts and I had a great experience not only the donuts were fresh and delicious but the costumer service was amazing! Will be visiting again soon.

The staff were really friendly and the service was quick. It’s clean, and you can actually see the donuts being made which is really cool. Overall, Krispy Kreme Laval easily has some of the best donuts I’ve had; fresh and warm. Definitely stands out for how fresh everything tastes, especially the original glazed ones.

Great service by the staff, huge line ups did not stop them from serving all their guest with great attitude and satisfaction. Also the product is great.
