A disappointing experience yesterday, March 16. The girl at the cash was quite rude, never smiled,and made the interaction feel uncomfortable for me and my little daughter as if we were a pain in her day!!A little friendly attitude goes a long way, especially in customer service. I hope management addresses this, as it really affects the overall experience.

Its great to have Krispy Kreme back in laval. You can see how its made and its a great spot to enjoy yummy donut.

My boyfriend and I entered the shop and we noticed a lot of people were waiting at the cash and everybody seem confused about where to order because all the employees were not paying attention to the customers, talking to each other’s and were on their phone. I had to asked myself where to order my food. We wanted to get original glazed donuts but they were unavailable, two minutes later, she said that it was “just here” on the racks but they were there the whole time I asked if there’s any. The people that was in front of us were still waiting for their donuts, which it was just there the whole time. I will give 5 stars for my donuts and if I could give zero for customer service and would’ve give zero.

I ordered a dozen variety donuts on Uber Eats with instructions, and I got 12 plain donuts. This Location on numerous occasions gives a horrible experience.

Fresh donuts you can find in Montreal, fresh from the oven! Cannot go wrong with these donuts and their drinks are surprisingly good. Just as the ads they make it almost identical.

Some of the best donuts ever!!!!!!! I decided to get a box or assorted and a box of originals today, the service was so quick and the donuts were very fresh! I also had amazing service from a worker named Addison, she was so kind to me and very sweet! She made my overall experience so much better with her positive attitude and extreme aura.

Great experience, place is clean and staff is extremely friendly. ZINA AND SAMIRA WERE VERY WELCOMING.Waited just a few mins for a fresh batch but it was so worth the wait, so delicious. THANK YOU GUYS

The supervisor Ali at Krispy Kreme provided excellent service and was very helpful throughout our visit. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. His positive attitude really stood out and made the experience enjoyable.
