The supervisor spyro is excellent as well The staff. The prices are competitive and the environment is lovely, I overall had an excellent experience.

really good donuts, it took a while to get my donuts for some reason but other then that it was fine

Issue with service and offerings. Came on a Sunday at 11am, the display was half full. 2 other people infront of me I waited 10 mins before being served, seemed to be 1 person doing both drive through and in resto orders. On top of that came for the featured Marvel and spring donuts, NEITHER were available... Was not impressed, would caution going there as the experience was subpar.

As a West-Island resident l, I thought the closest location was the one on Côte-des-Neiges, but I'm glad I was wrong! I was told it will be a year they opened since July of 2025, and I sincerely hope they stay open forever! VERY cool to see how the donuts are made here, and so clean and fresh looking 😀! Will be coming back here from now on 👍
Seriously over rated. Very standard, ordinary donuts. There is absolutely nothing special about them. Adding sparkles and cookies doesn’t make them quality. It’s an exciting, fun place for kids and teens that haven’t seen better. The service is excruciating long. Wouldn’t go back. There are so many amazing donut shops that offer quality, originality and service. Don’t settle for this overrated American chain.

The woman working the drive thru today April 5th at 5:00pm should be retrained or switch to another job. Very snarky and rude just because we were english customers. We spoke french at first but, switched over to english as we're more anglophones and she absolutely refused to speak english and smiling with a huge grin on her face repeating the question until we would respond back in french.. to which we did but, she was CLEARLY playing a political power trip. Why should the customer be the one going the extra mile to accomodate the employee? BOTH languages should be spoken and understood by the staff.. which she did understand..but,didn't want to switch very obviously! I do restaurant reviews locally and will be sure to notify my followers to avoid this place for rude service. Good day!

Great donuts lab fun to watch
The place is very dirty, food all on the floors and no one is bothered to clean it up. For a new store will not come again.
