Very good little Korean fried chicken spot! It’s a small, cozy restaurant and probably best suited for takeout (if in a larger group), but definitely worth trying if you’re in the area. We had their Korean fried chicken, which was delicious and perfectly done. We also tried the Hong Kong style fried noodles, which were very flavorful and a great vegetarian option. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re nearby!

Great place to get chicken on the go. I got the Manila Sweet Heat. It brings me back home to the Philippines. Next time will get the desserts esp the Japanese Cheesecake

The friendliest service I've ever experienced! Ordered the honey garlic chicken and the fried noodles and they were both served to perfection. The chicken was well-seasoned and so tender! The noodles were my favourite: great flavours and great portion! The server even gave us complimentary slices of cheesecake! 120% will come back! Do come visit this great restaurant, you won't regret it!

Got the honey garlic chicken and veggie noodles. Super delicious. They even gave us some cake samples with our meal which was very generous. Very nice staff and great food, highly recommend!

Tried Koko Rue today for a quick lunch. I ordered a small General Tao and Steamed Jasmine rice and it was so good! I was a bit unsure at first since it was my first time, but wow they nailed it. Saw a review saying it was too sweet, but honestly I was amazed, the flavour hint just right for me and there a little bit of a kick of spice in it. And the rice? It’s steamed Jasmine rice. It’s supposed to be simple, not salty or seasoned or anything like that. I don’t get the “bland” comment lol. After all, that’s just the Asian way. This is the best General Tao in ten West. I am coming back for sure. 👍

Service is perfect, decor of place is perfect, however the general tao was wayyyyy too sweet. Genuinely one of the sweetest things i ever tasted and its chicken. Also some pieces were pretty gamey. I don't know if the prices are competitive with similar stores but its "reasonable" (everything is mad expensive these days). If you are to try food then DO NOT get general tao its like eating tablespoon of sugar with very bland rice(not even salted).

Great service and food :) The staff was super helpful in recommending their dishes. I recommend trying the manila sweet heat. Oh and cheese cake was very fluffy ☁️

Great new little takeout spot. Nice crispiness on all the chicken dishes. The sunshine lemon chicken is awesome, with real tartness to the sauce! The noodles are superb, as is the korean yangnyeom chicken. The garlic chicken is good, but has a VERY intense garlic flavour-beware!

The food is amazing and delicious. Chicken is tender and tangy with nice seasoning. Deserts like the cheesecake is absolutely to die for. Definitely recommend and hope the business grows.

I Went to KoKo Rue on my lunch break. Everyone was so polite (all the workers) mostly the worker named Isaiah. He was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. Like a new home to me. The food for scrumptious. A nice big clean bathroom. The general Tao sauce was to die for. Belle and Bella were so nice as well. Made me feel like I was in a real family owned restaurant! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Asia style food. When I had the chocolate cake I thought I was in heaven. It was SO goodd!!! Anyways go to Koko Rue!!!!!!!!!

The store sign, Google, and website said they were opening at 11 on Sunday. No one was there, and it was not open. I was kinda disappointed because I wanted to try. 😕

Great new spot for authentic fresh food. Their food is cooked on the spot, so it comes out hot and crispy. I tried both their karaage and their glazed boneless fried chicken in honey garlic and it's perfect paired with some rice. The staff is also super welcoming and sweet. I got to try their japanese cheesecake and it was a nice little "not too sweet" treat to end my meal. I'll be coming more often!

First time here, Belle welcomed us with open arms. The food was fantastic. The service was amazing. This is not a fast food restaurant. The food is made fresh on the spot and let me tell you, it was delicious. THANK YOU!!

Let me tell you, the food, the people and the atmosphere is very fantastic. This is a takeout restaurant mostly and remember TO THE PEOPLE COMING HERE THIS IS MOSTLY A TAKEOUT as what the people staff and frankly everyone is saying. If you wanna use the washroom do it before you come here since there are no huge or i'd say big washrooms, but that's ok because this is a small restaurant for takeouts. But we have good tables and chairs that feel very sturdy to dine in and the people there were very nice to let me dine in and that's so great. You either can choose a very high chair or low chair to sit on. Many options. They have very tremendous staff who want to serve people good and frankly they really care about good food and that's what we really need and also good service, but in the history of staff, they are treating customers right and very well which they continue to do and which is what they have and should have. But uh, I think in the history of restaurants, this frankly I think is the best to go to and believe me. They offer a lot of fantastic delicacies and there a lots of options out there but frankly this one's the best. Especially the coffee, let me tell you the coffee, uh they have very great coffee very premium, high quality and great it's Van Houtte, a proud company in our great Canadian nation and we love Van Houtte they are a extremely respected company making great coffee which they absolutely love to do and continue to do, and frankly nobody does it better not even Tim Hortons. In the history of coffee, I'd say Van Houtte is the way to go and it's so great. Uh, overall great service, food and also the environment it's very quiet too and if people love the quiet this is this place to go to and in the history of quietness, you will absolutely love it. Thank You and I hope that the people here will continue to do a fantastic job!
