2nd time ordering since new owner took over and likely our last. Taste disgusting! Chicken balls under cooked and dough and the sauce all wrong! Rice overcooked, huge pieces of half cooked onions and lacking proper flavor.

We were last here in April of last year and the first impression was that there was a bit of a sewery/dirty mop bucket smell, but we had driven over an hour so we decided to stay and the food was really quite good. Everything seemed fresh and the ingredients were cooked to a pretty high standard. We went back today and were greeted with the same sewer smell and chalked it up to some maintenence that probably needs to be done by the city, and since the food was so good last time we decided to make a big take-out order and do a home chinese buffet meal. The lady at the counter was nice and efficient and the general tao chicken was passable. But that is where anything positive I can say will have to end. The fried onion bits tasted like something used to clean months old rancid oil. The egg rolls and spring rolls had the same rancid oil taste, and the dumplings were RAW inside. This is pork we are talking about, I was not mistaken about its lack of cooking - it is straight up raw. The chow mein and sauce for the chicken su gai had the same mop bucket smell as the building, and the chicken itself for the su gai was as hard as shoe leather, and tasted far worse. The chicken fried rice was overcooked and soaked in so much soya sauce that it was like chewing on rubbery bits of salt. For some messed up reason we also got a tub of what can only be assumed to be package brown gravy - What the heck do you put packaged brown gravy on in an order of chinese food? Yeah we don't know either. I should have known to avoid the place under new mgmt when the same smells hung in the air from almost a year ago, and the horrible cherry on top was the fact that they charge you for fortune cookies after placing a ~$160 dollar order (with $20 dollar tip because the staff deserved it) What a disappointment - Never Again. And don't come back with some flimsy excuse - This was a Saturday afternoon and there was only one other table busy in the whole place. They simply do not care about feeding literal garbage to their customers. It would be nice to support local once in a while, but this attitude of 'just jam it out the door' is getting pervasive. Pretend to care about your product and maybe you would do better. And clean up the damned smells. Have some pride for pete's sake.

No signage or greeting, saw ourselves to a seat and were completely ignored. Other customers served that arrived after us and we were ignored. Very cold in the seating area. Not inviting at all. Gave us very bad vibes, won't return.
