Soooooooo good. We were visiting from out of town and drove by on way to hotel. Walking around we saw it again and stopped for dinner. Server was very friendly and seated us right away. We ordered the pork miso and the spicy garlic beef, and both were incredibly delicious, hence the picture of a nearly empty bowl 😂 The location has a great atmosphere with fun music playing at the perfect (low) volume. Trendy, fresh and delicious, definitely where you want to go.

Great service by my waitress Hong, her attention to detail was amazing!! She satisfied all my needs and responded to all my question with patience. The mortal combat combo is totally worth it!! Big portions and great taste for such a low price!! The ramen felt like authentic japanese ramen. Even the liveliness and the loud calls mimicked a japanese ramen restaurant perfectly.

The food was okay, but the service honestly made the whole experience uncomfortable. The server’s attitude was very cold and gave off a strong “I don’t want to be here” vibe from the moment we arrived. Drinks were basically dropped on the table separately without much interaction, and you could clearly see on her face that she didn’t want to serve us or work. What made it more awkward was that there was still more than an hour before closing, but the server had already started the full cleaning process while customers were still dining. You could literally see the broom and dustpan out while people were still eating. When we arrived, there were at least 2 other customers, plus our table of 4, and later a few more people came in asking if the restaurant was still open because it already looked like they were shutting everything down already. It just created a really uncomfortable atmosphere where customers felt unwelcome and rushed even though the restaurant was technically still open. Everyone understands wanting to finish work on time, but it shouldn’t be so obvious to customers while they’re trying to enjoy their meal.

I visited Kinton Ramen for the first time today with my mom, and we were surprised by how crowded it was. We expected a long wait, but they cleared tables very quickly and seated us right away, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious, and the service was warm and comfortable. We had a really enjoyable lunch experience. Highly recommend!
