Wow best ramen I had after a very long time. First of all , ramen in Canadian winters is best combo ever. The waitress with 🤓 who served me was really sweet , welcoming and helped me choose my ramen. Excellent service. Will come back for the miso. Everything was cooked to perfection. Truly yum.

Really good place! The gyoza was really good and had a really interesting sauce. the ramen had really good flavor. Service was really nice and the atmosphere is really cozy!

My first Ramen experience was a hit! I loved the authentic Japanese vibe and our order didn't disappoint. The Swicy was a flavorful and vibrant dish, and the original beef Ramen was also delicious. Can't wait to come back for more!

Great ramen spot in a very convenient location, with parking available nearby. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable, making it easy to enjoy your meal without feeling crowded. Service was excellent from start to finish. A special mention to Meryem, who was incredibly kind and friendly. Definitely a place I’d be happy to return to.

Decent ramen and this franchise isn't as crowded as others for the same tasty choices. Their summer offer of spicy beef tsukumen is quite nice and their gyozas are delicious. Main problem with this chain is that it's quite expensive for noodles and the but of meat they serve.

Service was painfully slow despite the restaurant being less than half full (Food serving time is fine. Just the waitress and waiter service was slow). One of our orders was completely missed, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. After finishing our food, we asked for the bill and waited over 15 minutes. A male staff member with very curly hair cleared our bowls and said he’d bring the check but never did and didn’t even communicate this to our server. After all that waiting, our female server came and asked if we wanted the bill, clearly unaware we’d already requested it. This shows a total lack of teamwork and communication. When the bill finally arrived, we were rushed through payment, which made the whole experience feel careless and unprofessional. This visit completely ruined our evening. This is not the level of service Kinton used to be known for. Management seriously needs to step up and properly train staff on basic communication, accountability, and guest experience. This happened Tuesday, January 20 around 6:15 PM. Overall, a huge disappointment and not worth returning if this is the new standard.

I usually go to the Brossard branch; however, I’ve tried a few other locations as well, and I can say that Kinton Ramen is one of those chain restaurants that’s consistently good in both food quality and service. My go-to order is the spicy garlic beef ramen. I’ve tried a few other options, but this one is still my favorite. Just a heads-up—it’s very spicy, so you need a good tolerance for heat. I also recommend asking for the garlic on the side so you can add as much as you like. Good to know: Most of their chairs don’t have back support, so if you have back pain or like to lean back while sitting, it’s something to keep in mind. If you need a fork, ask them; they’ll be happy to provide one.
