First time I came food was good. Second time... The quality was not good. Normally the cilantro and bean sprouts are served on a plate separately because it can alter the flavour of pho greatly.. but it was put directly into the soup.. and a lot of it.. the cilantro was bad. Black and rotten... I had to pick it out of my soup. And I personally don't like bean sprouts in my pho. On top of the rotten veggies the tapioca bubbles in the bubble tea were so old that they were almost crunchy.. not chewable I was spitting them out. But SOME were super fresh which tells me Instead of replacing old bubbles they just dump the fresh ones in with the old... Cutting corners to save money (or maybe it's just plain laziness) doesn't keep clients. I'll be wary in the future. Not sure why so many 5 ⭐ it's a 3 at best
