Today at 4:45 p.m., I went to KFC at the Belo location to get something to eat. A female employee who appeared to be in charge completely disregarded basic hygiene rules. I have never felt so disgusted by the idea of eating somewhere. She put her finger in her nose and then continued serving food as if nothing had happened. I was so disgusted that I left without even placing an order. She was a short, fair-skinned woman.

Poor service . I ordered online and went to restaurant 55mins water and the staff told me she gave my order to someone by mistake and now they are making my order again after 1 and half hour later I got my order. Please someone take action and at least hire some good employees who can work professionally

Was there on June 24th and placed an online order at 1:25pm through their app. Although there were 3 staff members (at least that I could see), it took 32 minutes to get our order which was only poutine, wings and fried chicken burger. Luckily for me, I placed an order through their neighbor Harvey's at 1:28 and got my order at 1:35, kudos to Harvey's staff members The poutine was unfortunately not edible, way TOO salty to the point that my girlfriend went to see the person at the counter and he just shrugged and served the next client. The store is really not organized because the next client came back coz he had a take order and came back to say that the whole order was wrong! lol Only go there it you are not in a rush and dont mind the saltiness

Went for the drive-throu and first it did not respond had to go to knock at the window to get service. And second and most important, I went for chicken, obviously, and they did not have any even thought there were not close to the end of the closing time.

I ordered a 10 piece chicken meal at the drive through. They took my payment and said nothing, 45 minutes went by in the drive through line before anyone came to see me. Eventually they said it will be another 15 minutes and to pull up. Meanwhile people were going in and out with food from the walk in counter. Completely unbelievable wait time. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want a quick and easy meal.

Thinking about going there a second time as the first experience was horrible but it's the nearest KFC near me but the reviews reminded me of how bad it was. It's quite disrespectful the way the owners doesn't even acknowledge all the reviews left by people and they all experienced similar things. There needs to be a standard put in place by the law to have more than 4 rating for a restaurant to remain legally opened. Clearly a 2/5 rating should not be acceptable but the owners are making enough money not to care. Clearly.
