I ordered a 10 piece chicken meal at the drive through. They took my payment and said nothing, 45 minutes went by in the drive through line before anyone came to see me. Eventually they said it will be another 15 minutes and to pull up. Meanwhile people were going in and out with food from the walk in counter. Completely unbelievable wait time. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want a quick and easy meal.

Thinking about going there a second time as the first experience was horrible but it's the nearest KFC near me but the reviews reminded me of how bad it was. It's quite disrespectful the way the owners doesn't even acknowledge all the reviews left by people and they all experienced similar things. There needs to be a standard put in place by the law to have more than 4 rating for a restaurant to remain legally opened. Clearly a 2/5 rating should not be acceptable but the owners are making enough money not to care. Clearly.
