I’ve ordered from KBF through Uber Eats several times, and every single time the order doesn’t match the photos or description. I was supposed to get two portions of rice with kebab, side dishes, and a bowl of sholezard, but instead I only received the rice and kebab and a small chocolate ice cream. Calling the restaurant each time doesn’t help — they just say it was a mistake and hope it won’t happen again, but it always does. The food itself is average and nothing special. Honestly, I cannot recommend this place because the orders are consistently inaccurate and disappoint.

It really feels like home. The backstreet shawarma mixed plate was very good — fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I’m deducting one star because the price on DoorDash feels a bit inflated, and my request for forks in the comments wasn’t followed. Overall still a solid spot, but paying attention to small details would make the experience even better.

Delicious Persian food with the most hospitable staff. The hot nan hot kebab was so tasty and healthy with tomatoes and a delicious bread. The bread used was traditional Persian bread "Sangak" was my favorite bread I ever tried! The burgers are also very tasty, light and healthy. Thank you for the amazing food and hospitality. I also recommend their Persian deserts "shole zard" and "Pistachio Persian roulette"

The food quality is genuinely good, and you can tell care goes into the preparation. The kebabs are flavorful, the ingredients taste fresh, and the service is solid overall. However, the prices are noticeably higher compared to similar Iranian kabab in other restaurant. While the quality is there, the cost may feel a bit expensive for regular visits. Personally not ordering again.

The food taste like bar keepers friend, a cleaning chemicals you would use to clean a grill. The taste is so obvious i can tell which chemicals they clean their grill with… The chicken kebab is undercooked too. i saw another review also talked about the chemicals taste and raw food, it is completely unacceptable. Was not able to get the $43 refund on uber eats, have never had such outrageously bad takeout experience. Edit: I called the restaurant the day after about this issue and they were very apologetic citing it was close to closing hours, it was fair and they sent out a replacement delivery very quickly upon hearing the problem. Customer service and the food is actually really good and i would come here again. I recommend this place because they will do right by you and make sure you’re a happy customer. Good business with integrity.

I haven't been this full at any restaurant in a long time. I'm very happy. The kebab was delicious. I also really liked the ayran (yogurt drink). Thank you for the excellent service.
