As a neighbor in the area, I just wanted to say this Ecuadorian spot is really lovely. The food is delicious, the service is kind, and the whole place feels warm and welcoming. We had a great experience. Definitely worth a visit 🙂 — Team at Arepera du Plateau

Best Ecuadorian food ever, if you haven’t tried Ecuadorian food this is the place to go. People is amazing and atmosphere is just perfect
Excellent service, food, unique restaurant
I was just looking for a quick spot for lunch, and I ended up being really glad that I ran into this place. Everyone was super friendly, great service, and the food was great! The meat was well cooked and coming off the bone. The music is great. I haven't been to an Ecuadorian place in a long while, and I'm happy that Montreal now has this amazing restaurant. I have nothing but praise to say and hope more people give it a try!
🔥🔥🔥
Kawsay is amazing! The food was delicious and the presentation was really high-end. The caldo de bolas and the blue cheese mouchin were definitely the highlights, and the plantain and honey dessert was the perfect way to finish. Camila was an incredible host, super attentive and gave us great recommendations. Plus, the music and vibe there are just great. 10/10 recommended!

Great food!
First time trying equatorian cuisine. Fantastic!
Phenomenal restaurant all around! Went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. The service was warm, welcoming, and informative. The food was exceptional in taste, flavor, portion size, and price. Will be going back again and again!
What a gem this restaurant is! Beautiful decor, nice staff and scrumptious food. It’s the ideal introduction spot to Ecuadorian cuisine. Lots of traditional dishes and flavours. There is also a vast selection of beautifully crafted cocktails. We will definetly be back to try more and enjoy the Chicharron again because it’s incredible.
Amazing Ecuadorian restaurant! Cocktails were incredible and the food delicious. Great experience ✨
The food is amazing! I did not expect Ecuadorian food to be like this. It exceeded my expectations. The service was also great. They were very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.
Everything was delicious! I strongly recommend the Tonga and the corviche. I will definitely come back!
We went to try out this new restaurant with our Ecuadorian friend, and we were not disappointed whatsoever. The food is delicious and portions are generous. We ordered the appetizer trio and particularly loved the corviche. I got the tuna steak with moro for main dish and it was very tasty! I can’t wait to go back
delicious food
Best ecuadorian food in Montréal. I have tried many plates and all of them were really tasty and atmosphere is so nice.I recommend you to try ceviche jipijapa
Delicious! Fresh ingredients, good portions and authentic flavours! 100% Recommended!
They are so lovely and the food is so yummy
Amazing food and atmosphere, loved the yuca croquette! Will come back for sure 😊
Went to Kawsay for Valentine's Day and the restaurant menu is something out of my comfort zone, but I was delicious! The service is amazing and I want to thank the staff who served us again! 🥰
We live in the US but our family is Ecuadorian. So we jumped at the opportunity to have some of our favorites that we haven't been able to have in a while. The corviches and the muchines we're out of this world! So good, I think we're planning a trip out here again just so we can eat them again. The natural juices were incredibly good, I almost cried. We ordered the cazuela, the colonche, and two tonga, one with pork the other with duck. We loved EVERYTHING. I would order the jelly on the side for the duck tonga. I feel like it had a little too much on it. I would have preferred more of the peanut sauce.
