We stepped inside to a freezing interior with no warning or explanation as to why there was no heating on. The food took a very long time to arrive and we were informed there was an inspection after waiting 30-40 minutes for the food to arrive. After waiting, the meat was tough and chewy, and quickly grew cold because of the chilly interior. The bones in the chicken were the majority of the dish with barely any meat. The pitcher was also full of cloudy water and tasted unpleasant. The washroom sink water was FREEZING, my hands stung and turned red as I washed them. The service was decent which is the only reason this is a two and not a one. I understand that there circumstances change and can be unpredictable, but businesses should let customers know if they'll be experiencing an uncomfortable environment or a long wait for food. It is bad practice to trap customers once they've already sat down and ordered.

This place was highly recommended by a friend. It did not disappoint. Service was timely and so friendly. I absolutely loved the Lahori fried fish and the Karahi chicken is a must.

We have tried combo In this we got half chicken karahi ,2 naans,3 chicken kabab,2 gulab jamun And also we have ordered chicken Dum biryani Combo is very nice and I would recommend But chicken biryani was cold and the taste is not that actually good But chicken karahi signature dish is a must try Also gulab jamun was very soft and good

Quality and service has really really declined in the past years at this restaurant sadly. The food does not taste like true authentic desi food anymore and the prices are much too high for what you get. With -20C weather, the restaurant said their heating system was broken and was supplementing with small heaters. And to top it all off they over charged me by $10. Dismal visit!
