It was very very expensive and workers forced me for tips. I also had hair inside of the food it was very disgusting. Never going there again. Bad experience

We passed by on a busy Friday night, but besides the restaurant being very full, the service was very good. The menu offers a great variety of dishes. We tried as much as possible and everyone felt better than the last. Everything was fresh and delicious. In terms of the price, it’s definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend, 10/10!
The food wasn’t bad it was the service that was. They blocked the iPad after one order and it took us 10 minutes to get their attention. Prices were unclear so when it was time to pay it was a bit of a surprise to be charged 50$ per personne. This was not a 50$ all you can eat experience, so I’d say it wasn’t worth it.
The food itself is pretty good even considering it is an all you eat. The new way to order food from the tablet is also an imporvement. The benches were ripped and time for a reno. Service staff is always quick and respectful, they did check in on us quite often. However they sometimes made a few errors on what we ordered which can be dangerous if someone is allergic to shrimp.

The service was the worst I have seen in my life. We kept ordering on tablets but it would not work. The server said it was pur fault and that we were wrong. Instead of simply ordering for us. The place was dirty and tue food not good. Would suggest getting sushi anywhere but here. I never leave reviews but this was very bad everything
A solid spot for sushi in Edmonton, especially if you’re a fan of salmon sushi and specialty rolls. The volcano roll and Kanda special rolls are packed with flavour and always a popular choice, with fresh ingredients and generous portions that make the all-you-can-eat experience worth it. Their order-from-table system also makes everything super convenient—you can place orders right from your seat, so service feels quick and seamless without having to wait around.
Went to Kanda hundreds of time before. always consistent food, quality, service. went to this one once, got sick on the way home... food not fresh beware
Interac Scam, they take credit card but if you want to pay debit you have to use their ATM to withdraw cash at a fee. This early 2000’s style scamming should be shamed. Avoid this place, if they’re trying to scam you at the payment imagine what they are doing to arrange their food cost. NOT A GOOD LOOK!!

We had a great experience at Kanda Sushi! We were a large group and arrived without a reservation, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The service was honestly amazing — very attentive, friendly, and efficient throughout the whole meal. The all-you-can-eat sushi had a wide variety of options, everything was fresh, and the dishes came out quickly despite how busy it was. It made for a really fun and relaxed dining experience with friends. Highly recommend for groups, especially if you’re looking for good food and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!
Very bad experience. The fish was not fresh at all — the taste was dull and slightly off. Sushi depends on fresh fish, and this definitely wasn’t it. The texture didn’t feel clean and it was honestly disappointing. On top of that, the service was extremely slow. We waited a long time for the order, and when it finally arrived, it was not worth the wait. Poor fish quality and very slow service. I won’t be coming back.

Bad service never get my orders the right amount and the st the right time , about 2 hours waiting me and my wife they charged me 90% for fining I don’t digest it to no one
Very disappointed with the service. We waited almost one hour for our food, and the dishes didn’t even arrive together. They brought them one by one with long delays in between. We were very hungry and had to wait far too long. Not a good experience.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The waiting time was unacceptable. We waited an hour and a half without receiving any food, and now it has been two hours and I still haven’t eaten anything. No proper explanation, no apology, and no effort to make things right. This is not the level of service anyone expects when going out to eat. I understand that restaurants can be busy, but two hours with no food is simply not acceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on this experience.
I came to this sushi restaurant very hungry, hoping for a good meal, but it was a huge disappointment. The sushi did not taste fresh at all, the quality was very poor, and the service was slow and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money. I will not be coming back. Very bad experience
I have had better sushi. Sushi shop is better than this, and like the place had NO HEATER IN THIS COLD!!! 🥶 IT WAS -25 DEGREES WHEN WE WENT AND NO HEATER!! There were people with jackets eating and I was surprised?!? 😳 IT THEN COSTED 100$ FOR TWO PEOPLE FOR THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE, unless you want to catch a cold 😅
