Very nice Studio Ghibli themed interior. All you can eat sushi service with a 2 hour limit from what I understood. The food was good, service was quick. However We arrived at 635PM for our reservation, waited about 10 minutes for our table and sat around 645PM. We were given a last call just past 8pm and were asked to get up at 815PM to make space for the table. Definitely never been given that kind of service before at all you can eat places of this trend so most likely will not be returning. Paid and tipped fairly too, so left somewhat of a sour taste in my opinion.

I recently dined at K2 Bistro and had an exceptional experience! The tasty sushi selection was fresh and flavorful, truly a delight for sushi lovers. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs promptly. The wonderful environment and great decoration added to the overall experience, making it a perfect spot for both casual and special occasions. The atmosphere is ok, it is quite nice to feel into the anime world such as hayao miyasakis movies. The decoration was on point! A Bit hard to hear ourselves talk because it's really noisy. Food in general was ok.. I was expecting better. Didn't really that fresh sadly. Therfore the ice cream was excellent. Unfortunately, it's only one per person. That's disappointing 😞 So overall, the atmosphere and decoration are great but I would recommend the food that much. It's eatable don't get me wrong, but not the best all you can eat in my opinion :o

1) Seat management feels worse than economy flight ticket. 2) You pay high tips for bad service. cost is not 26$ it is minimum 34$ total per person for buffet. 3) fish is ok, meat is dry, only two dessert option, one time ice cream and a completely unedible FRIED piece of BREAD?????

So here is the thing ! Customer service was mediocre to say the least ! Helen made me pay extra money ( obligatory tip) without giving me prior instructions about their regulations and honestly their tipping policy is questionable. I am not even sure if it’s legal to force a customer to pay a tip even though the service wasn’t good. Just my honest opinion.

The food was actually okay overall, but our experience was seriously ruined when we found a piece of plastic inside the mango sushi roll. That is unacceptable and honestly pretty concerning, especially at a restaurant serving sushi where food handling and cleanliness should be taken very seriously. The staff compensated us with three soft drinks, which we appreciated, but that does not really make up for finding plastic in the food. This is not a small mistake or just bad service — it is a food safety issue. I expected the situation to be handled with more seriousness, like a proper refund or at least a clear explanation of how plastic ended up in the sushi and what would be done to prevent it from happening again. The food itself was fine, but finding plastic in a sushi roll is enough for me to not feel comfortable coming back.

We came with my family to celebrate Mother's Day, and everything was delicious until we ordered chicken wings, there was blood inside, they said no problem, we will replace it, but the thing is, raw chicken can be dangerous, so think twice before coming here, well, or just for sushi Atmosphere is cool, Ghilby studio vibe

It's not my first at K2 Bistro and it will definitly not be my last. The food is amazing I love studio ghibli films and the service is incredible. The staff was so friendly they even let my mom take their elevator even though it's staff only. They told me that they help those in need, cane weelchair Walker you name it!!!!

Came here in late march on vacation with my friends. Booked a reservation a week ahead and it was absolutely incredible. Food was amazing, and although the wait took a little while we didn't mind waiting at such a beautiful place. When we walked into the door a very rude group said "Oh cause we are just standing here for no reason" in french (like excuse me, we’ve had a reservation for a week now?) being awful to the poor hostess at the front, shouting profanities at her because they hadn't got their table yet. We felt so bad and hope she's doing better now! If you plan on coming here and want to go on the weekend, be sure to call ahead and book a reservation- it's not that hard. You can't expect everyone to move mountains for you if you didn't plan in advance, you are not some special exception. This is a very busy restaurant and for good reason! The food was exceptional as previously mentioned but that is not the only reason you come here. The aesthetic is absolutely gorgeous. If you're a studio ghibli fan you'll be in absolute awe. I will be coming back here with my friends next time we are in the city! Thank you K2 Bistro!

First time trying out all you can eat sushi, and so happy it was at this place! The decoration is beautiful ghibli studio artworks everywhere, it has a very nice atmosphere and the food was absolutely delicious! We got all sorts of sushi assortments, ramen noodles and fried rice bowls all 10/10. As for the dessert you can’t go wrong with the ice cream. Also loved how the portions for some items were small which allows to try a variety of food without getting full quickly and no waste.

I recently visited K2 Bistro and had an amazing experience! The friendly staff made us feel welcome right from the start. The wonderful environment, complete with great decoration, created a perfect backdrop for our meal. The easy order system made choosing from their extensive sushi buffet a breeze. Each piece of sushi was not only visually appealing but also incredibly tasty. I can't recommend this place enough for sushi lovers looking for a delightful dining experience.
