Their new menu is not as good, the quality of the granola has gone down recently. They got rid of some of their best smoothie bowls. They also fail to properly blend the smoothies most of the time, leaving chunks of frozen fruit in most of the bowls. The service is good, so it sucks that the food isn’t.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful service. I went to redeem a free milkshake and asked to change the flavor. The old lady at the counter refused, saying they needed to save ingredients for later customers, even though the store was still open for about two more hours. What crossed the line was her saying directly to me that “you just want to change a free milkshake” and telling me to “come back tomorrow instead.” This was not an explanation. It was judgmental, dismissive, and humiliating. A promotional free item is still a valid offer. Customers should not be shamed or accused for using it. Even if substitutions were not allowed, there is no excuse for speaking to a customer in this manner. A clear lack of professionalism and basic respect.
