On February 27 at 1pm, I ordered two Blue Sky drinks. When the employee handed me my drinks, they were green. I asked why they weren’t blue, and she told me that this is normally the colour. She was rude and said that if she added more blue syrup, it would make the drink too sweet. I tasted it and told her it wasn’t sweet at all — honestly, it tasted awful. She added more syrup, but even then, it still tasted horrible. On top of that, the drink is supposed to come with red strawberry popping pearls, but she put lychee jelly in it without informing me beforehand. I’m very disappointed with both the quality of my order and the customer service I received.
