Horrible customer service. All I wanted was some Chinese food so I didn't have to cook and was willing to wait up to an hour. The lady on the phone takes my order and at the very end proceeds to tell me they're busy, do I want the food still. I say yes many many times and she keeps repeating that I'm wasting HER time. Maybe tell the customer you're NOT accepting orders BEFORE you take their orders over the phone. Horrible lady. Not worth going there, you're better off going to Mcds across the street.
