not worth the price imo, nothing special. the sauce was bland and the meat was a bit grainy. took 30 mins to get the simplest burger on the menu while the cook took his smoke break outside. brioche bun was quality though, I'll give them that.

That said, a few points here are not aligned with our operational reality. A 30-minute wait for a simple burger and a cook stepping out during service is not how we run our kitchen, and if that truly happened, we would want to investigate it immediately. On the product side, our beef is ground fresh in-house daily and handled with strict standards, so we are not clear when you say “a grainy” texture! We do smash burgers, so can it be the caramelized crust as a result of the Maillard reaction? Same goes for our sauces — they are developed to have a distinct profile, not be bland. We would have genuinely appreciated the opportunity to speak with you on-site or after your visit to understand exactly what went wrong. The bread is soft, the meat is tender and the sauce is just wow! In terms of service though it's a hit or miss, some of the workers are so kind while others are cold.

40$ on delivery with driver tip for 1 burger and 1 poutine. Never again!!

The tip, in particular, is entirely optional and chosen by the customer. It was my first time visiting this burger joint. The burgers were really delicious and the fries were nice and crispy and hot just the way they’re supposed to be. I really enjoyed the Smashburger style of this place. I had the double burger, called Le Grand, and it did not disappoint. I would definitely go back, and I am so happy that it is in my hood.😋
